We offer FREE shipping on ALL domestic orders! All orders are typically processed and shipped 1-2 business days after order is placed. Orders placed on weekend and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times and will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please provide us with a current email address so we may provide you with your tracking number and can contact you if there are any problems. We ship to address given at check out. We are not responsible for packages lost after they depart from our warehouse. If your package is missing or never arrived, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777. Any t-shirts are refundable by store credit that are unworn with tags in place, within 7 days of delivery date for online orders. All other items are non-refundable, including any items purchased at Salata boutique in-person.

Store credits expire within 12 months of issue date. They can be used online or in store.

You initiate return via email: help@shoplunareclipse.com. We will verify the purchase date and send you instructions to mail the item(s) back. Once item is received, we will email you and issue you a store credit, if applicable, within 1-2 business days.
